MARKETING AND PARTNERSHIPS OFFICER
UNIT / PROGRAM: Juanflix: The FDCP Channel STATUS: Contract of Service (COS)
PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Exhibition Project Development Officers to develop and implement marketing strategies and communication plans tailored to JuanFlix, aiming to boost audience engagement and growth.
- Work with the Communications team to ensure that marketing initiatives align with FDCP's overall mission and objectives.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and email.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to create marketing collateral, such as posters, brochures, and digital content, showcasing the unique value propositions of JuanFlix.
- Identify and establish collaborations with media outlets, cultural institutions, educational organizations, and corporate sponsors to promote exhibition platforms.
- Work with collaborators on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded events, and promotional activities.
- Use audience feedback and data to refine marketing strategies and improve engagement.
- Manage the online presence of JuanFlix, including its website and social media channels.
- Create engaging digital content, such as newsletters and social media updates, to promote films, events, and initiatives.
- Optimize digital content for search engines to increase visibility and traffic.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time, including assisting the Division and other agency-related programs on an ad hoc basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- With 1-2 years experience in social media marketing, preferably in the entertainment or film industry.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their specific requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Philippine film industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in graphic editing is a plus.
