PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Manila

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop an accounting system and strong internal control that serves the needs of the Council which ensures that its revenues (if applicable)/subsidiaries are received, and expenditures made in accordance with existing laws and regulations;
• Perform all accounting activities such as:
  • Review the reports submitted by the accounting staff in relation to the Council’s Financial Statements;
  • Classification, recording and preparation of financial reports;
  • Consolidation, analysis and interpretation of financial reports;
  • Maintain the books of accounts of the Council;
  • Timely submission and reliability of all financial reports including BIR, Pag-ibig, Philhealth & GSIS;
• Action on documents, letters, memoranda from different stakeholder, management, COA, and other oversight agencies;
• Provide technical assistance to offices/divisions/units;
• Perform other assignments as may be assigned by the Management.
   

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting;
• At least one (1) year of work experience;
• Four (4) hours relevant training;
• RA 1080 (Certified Public Accountant).
