Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
UNIT / PROGRAM: Policy and Planning Unit STATUS: Contract of Service (COS) SALARY: SG 11 (PHP 30,024)
PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop monitoring and evaluation tools and establish an impact assessment framework for FDCP programs and activities
- Develop monitoring and impact indicators for FDCP programs
- Monitor the sustainability of project results and outcomes
- Provide feedback on program strategies and activities for improvement
- Suggest strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of monitoring and evaluation tools and the impact assessment framework by identifying bottlenecks and developing solutions to address them
- Report on the progress of all monitoring and evaluation activities on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis
- Conduct capacity assessments of the existing monitoring and evaluation system
- Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops, assisting Division Heads/Program Officers in preparing relevant reports
- Coordinate across available program components to ensure effective implementation of M&E/MIS
- Support Program Officers with M&E tools and assist them in their usage
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Unit Supervisor and Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Science-related fields such as Development Studies, Political Science, International Relations/Studies, Sociology, Mass Communications, or other relevant areas
- Knowledge of the film industry and related films
- Preferably with government work experience or work experience as a research officer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
