Project Development Assistant
UNIT / PROGRAM: Exhibition Division - Film Review and Classification STATUS: Contract of Service (COS) SALARY: SG 10 (PHP 23,226)
PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: FDCP Central Office - Makati
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the review process for films and content, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established guidelines.
- Oversee the timely issuance of FDCP permits, encompassing both original and certified true copies.
- Coordinate with the Review Committee regarding film allocation and facilitate monthly review discussions.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the MTRCB to meet all film rating requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive records and agreements associated with the agency’s film ratings.
- Evaluate review requests in accordance with guidelines and partnership agreements.
- Monitor compliance of partners with permit posting requirements and advisory signage.
- Attend festival openings to ensure the proper implementation of permit guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, Media Studies, or a related field is required.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience through on-the-job training in administrative support or project coordination within the film or media sector is preferred.
- A film enthusiast with a substantial understanding of film language is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team is essential.
