AFTER FOUR SUCCESSFUL EDITIONS, SINE KABATAAN IS BACK ON ITS FIFTH YEAR!

Calling young filmmakers, the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) is now accepting applications for the 5th edition of the Sine Kabataan. 

FDCP believes in the unique perspective and insight of the Filipino youth especially on the challenges facing society today, and what better way to foster creativity and originality but by story-telling through film! With this open call for story concepts, the Sine Kabataan Film Lab and Festival is once again opening its doors to aspiring Filipino filmmakers from all over the country.

Sine Kabataan 5 is open to Filipino filmmakers who are 18-30 years of age who have already produced at least one short film.
