FDCP HOLDS “CINEMALAYA KONEK PROJECT MARKET” AT THE CCP!
It’s business matching time! Last August 12, the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) held the Cinemalaya Konek Project Market at the Cultural Center of the Philippines as part of the agency’s support to the Cinemalaya 18. Cinemalaya Konek aims to be a networking venue to foster collaboration, communication, and exchange among the stakeholders of the film industry.
For its second day, twelve (12) projects from the Philippines were part of this year’s project market. Among the participating film agencies and productions were FDCP through CreatePH, ABS-CBN Film Productions Inc. (Star Cinema), Black Sheep, @Daluyong Studios, Southern Lantern Studios, Cinematographica, Regal Entertainment Inc., Solar Entertainment Corp., Narra Post Production, The Japan Foundation, Manila (JFM), & NCCA.
Congressman Christopher De Venecia also had a meaningful talk for the “Cinemalaya Konek 3: Conversation with Filmmakers on Creative Industry sharing more about the Philippine Creative Industry Law and his plans as a staunch champion of the Creative industry.
