FDCP FILM TALKS GOES TO NORTHERN MINDANAO!

The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP), in partnership with Northern Mindanao Film Festival (NMFF), will be having a two-part online workshop titled FDCP Film Talks, exclusive to aspiring young filmmakers and enthusiasts from Mindanao on January 29, 2022.

Sessions of the FDCP Film Talks with film score composer Pepe Manikan discussing the importance of sound and musical scoring for films and film editing with mentor Ilsa Malsi.

Exclusive to young filmmakers and enthusiasts in Northern Mindanao.

Established in 2009, the NMFF is one of the longest-running film festivals in Mindanao which aims to develop, promote, and foster appreciation of regional independent films that depict regional realities, issues, lore, and sentiments. The film festival also serves as an inclusive platform for local filmmakers to showcase their work and to be recognized for their contribution to the rising Mindanao Film Industry.
