The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) leads the Philippine delegation to the biggest film festival in Asia, the 부산국제영화제 Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) happening in South Korea from October 5 to 14. Five (5) official selection films, three (3) films for market screenings, one (1) Philippine pavilion, seventeen (17) production companies, 31 filmmakers, ten (10) scholars, and three (3) FDCP-led Philippine events comprise the country’s representation to this year’s BIFF.
