CineMarya is a Women’s Film Festival that will challenge Filipino filmmakers in creating relevant women-centered short-films that intend to inspire and empower women and men alike to make gender sensitization the way of life of every Filipino.
SineSaySay Documentary Film Lab and Showcase
The SineSaySay Documentary Film Lab and Showcase is a project of the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) that aims to empower documentary filmmaking and filmmakers in the country. With the words sine (film) and saysay (meaning), the program combines the power and beauty of filmmaking with meaningful and real stories of our people, society, and the world.
Animation Du Monde
On February 18 to 22, 2019, the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) partnered with the Embassy of France in Manila and the Animation Council of the Philippines (ACPI) to collaborate with the Audiovisual Cooperation Department for Southeast Asia of the French Embassy in Singapore, Annecy, and the Annecy International Animation Film Market (MIFA) and bring Animation du Monde in Manila.
Cinespectra Short film festival
The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) furthered its program to encourage Filipino filmmakers to create films that would shed light to important causes such as HIV and AIDS in the Philippines. Together with EON Foundation, LoveYourself PH and Directors’ Guild of the Philippines (DGPI), we launched the CineSpectra 2019 Short Film Festival with the theme: Your Judgement, Their Life
