MANILA, PHILIPPINES, OCTOBER 21, 2021 — To show its continued support for the production and development of Filipino films, the CreatePHFilms, the public funding initiative of the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP), has selected 28 Filipino film projects as recipients of CreatePHFilms funding program amounting to a total of PHP 17.3 million of selective funds.

MANILA, PHILIPPINES, OCTOBER 21, 2021 — For the first time since the pandemic-induced lockdowns began, cinemas are allowed to reopen. Following the downgraded Alert Level 3 in Metro Manila by the Inter-Agency Task Force’s (IATF) COVID-19, various business establishments are allowed to reopen starting on October 16 to 30.

MANILA — Inbound travelers from "green lanes" who have completed their COVID-19 vaccination are no longer required to undergo facility-based quarantine upon arriving in the Philippines from Oct. 14, government said on Wednesday.
